GEOSYNTHETICS
Colorado Lining International (CLI) was founded in 1978 as a fabricator and installer of quality geomembranes for liquid containment and protection of our valuable water resources. Primary markets include: golf course ponds, landfill base liners and caps, wastewater treatment lagoons and ponds, agricultural waste lagoons and ponds, fish hatcheries and aquaculture ponds, mining leach pads, caps and tailings drainage, municipal tanks, floating covers, decorative ponds and lakes, landscape ponds, potable water storage, rainwater harvesting systems, and irrigation water storage.
CLI has supplied over 600 million SF of geo-synthetic products to date. We are a full service turn-key geosynthetic contractor.
We offer custom fabrication of a variety of products and can assist in design review, project estimates, and design build opportunities.
As an AIC contractor we have invested in the future of our industry. Our crews have IAGI certified welding technicians and are continually trained and updated in OSHA, MSHA, and CPR Training. CLI has installed projects worldwide and maintains fabrication facilities in Parker, Colorado and Houston, Texas with direct access to international shipping routes.
LAKE & WATER FEATURE CONSTRUCTION
From the ground up, CLI-ClearWater Construction offers the first one stop water feature and lake construction company. When you combine our design build capabilities with our extensive knowledge of civil and geosynthetic construction you are guaranteed to have your project built with quality and vision. We have extensive experience creating and building streams, waterfalls, entry features, rock walls, pump systems, hard shores, planter pockets and aquatic habitats. Our feature work has been incorporated in many high end golf course facilities, ranch developments, and town center amenities.

CLI-ClearWater Construction offers turn-key construction of a variety of projects including: fish hatcheries, oil and gas containments, storm-water ponds and re-use systems, slope stabilization projects, agricultural ponds and lagoons, floating covers, rainwater harvesting systems, storage and gas collection systems.
WEATHER-BEATER
With over 600 Million square feet of experience in geosynthetics, Weather-Beater by CLI offers extensive experience in converting plastics utilized by a variety of industries. We supply athletic field covers and under-drain systems to control water and prevent loss of playing time for your favorite team. WeatherBeater also offers a wide line of products utilized in landfills, mining, oil and gas. These products include Alternate Daily Covers (ADC’s), temporary raincap materials, drilling pit liners and temporary water storage ponds. We can fabricate panels of up to 80,000 SF in size for quick and easy installation.
